1. Measure a T-shirt in cm
- Chest width (A): measure straight across, from armpit to armpit.
- Body length (B): measure from the highest shoulder point beside the collar to the bottom hem.
- Compare both measurements with the chart for your chosen design and garment model.
Chest width is measured across the front of the garment. It is not a full chest circumference.

Choose the larger size for more room, or the smaller size for a closer fit, after comparing both width and length. Check that the size is available in your chosen colour.
Fabric, care & returns
Cotton and cotton-blend fabrics can vary by colour and design. Check the exact product description and care label, including whether the garment is pre-shrunk.
Follow the garment label for machine washing. For designs whose care instructions specify it, wash inside out at a maximum of 30°C and avoid ironing directly over the print.

My tracking has not updated. What should I do?
A tracking number can be created before the first carrier scan. Updates may also pause between countries, during customs clearance or while your parcel transfers to a local courier.
Check your latest tracking for delivery attempts, collection instructions or a local tracking number. If the parcel is beyond your destination's estimated delivery window, appears unusually delayed or tracking shows a problem, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
Why has only part of my order arrived?
Items from the same order can sometimes be dispatched separately and arrive on different days. Check your dispatch emails and order tracking for any additional parcels.
If an item is missing and you cannot find a separate shipment, contact us with your order number and tell us which item has not arrived.
Tracking says delivered, but I cannot find my parcel
Please check:
- Your doorway, entrance, property and any safe places.
- Household members, neighbours, reception or your mail room.
- The local courier's tracking page and any delivery photograph or proof of delivery.
Still cannot locate it? Contact us with your order number and delivery postcode so we can investigate.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the complete correct address. We will check the order's processing and dispatch status before confirming whether a change is possible.
Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has progressed. At checkout, include any apartment or unit number and a phone number the courier can use if needed.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Clear photographs of the item and packaging, where relevant, can help us assess what happened.
Please keep the packaging while we investigate and contact us before returning anything. See our warranty information for help with product faults.
How will my order be packaged?
We use suitable protective packaging for the items being shipped. Packaging varies by product; check the product page for any included gift presentation or optional gift box.
Gift packaging is supplied where it is included with the product or selected with your order.
International Delivery & Customs
International parcels may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes or local handling charges. These depend on the destination country's rules and can vary by order.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, local import charges are not included in your order total. Any applicable charges are the recipient's responsibility. Free shipping does not mean exemption from import charges.
