Choose your necklace length.
Measure the drop you prefer, then check the chain supplied with your chosen necklace. Chain lengths and materials vary between designs.
1. Measure your preferred length
- Make a comfortable loop around your neck where you want the chain to sit.
- Mark where the ends meet, then lay the loop straight and measure its full length in cm.
- Compare with the chain length on the exact product page. Allow for the pendant’s extra drop.
2. Compare chain lengths

Style descriptions are approximate. Your neck size, build and pendant affect where the necklace sits; a 55cm chain will not sit in the same place on everyone.

Want a different chain length?
Our Stainless Steel Box Chain Necklace is available separately in a choice of lengths, finishes and widths.
Alternative chains are additional purchases; they cannot be swapped for the supplied 55cm chain. The standard chain remains included. A different length can also help with layering.
Check the pendant opening and the chain’s end fittings before changing thickness. A wider chain is not automatically compatible.
Care, warranty & returns
Check your necklace’s listed material and care instructions; not every design is 316L stainless steel. Store jewelry separately and avoid unnecessary contact with perfume, chlorine and harsh cleaning products.
