The clasp keeps coming undone and I have to find my bracket wherever it’s fallen off 😞 the first one I bought was way too big, so I reordered and now this one I’ve owned not even two weeks and almost lost twice now.

Amazing customer service! I measured wrong and my bracelets were too small. Deborah at Cycolinks and I emaiked back and forth. She advised to order the extension links instead of returning so it would be cheaper, then she even refunded me for one of the extensions just to be nice. The links match the bracelet perfectly and they fit now! I'm very impressed 👏
I bought this bracelet for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. Made very well and are great quality for the price.
