At checkout, enter the code and check the order total before paying. If the discount does not appear, compare the items and selected options with the stated terms. Check for an accidental space or typing error, then confirm the code has been entered in the discount field.

If it still does not work, send Cycolinks the code and the product names so the offer can be checked. Do not send card details. Choose the item and size you need first: a discount does not make an unsuitable bracelet length or an incompatible extension a better purchase.

Read the checkout message before changing your basket

If the message still makes no sense, contact us with the code, product names and the checkout message. You can crop a screenshot to show that message without including payment details. Resolve it before completing payment rather than placing an order in the expectation of a later adjustment.

Start with the offer shown on the Cycolinks website or a message sent directly by Cycolinks. Read the expiry date, eligible products, minimum spend and any customer or usage restrictions. If no offer is displayed, this article does not establish that one is running.

Avoid assuming that a past seasonal promotion returns on the same terms. A code mentioned in an old search result may be expired or limited to a particular audience. The current checkout result and original offer conditions matter.

Apply the code before paying

If the code does not work

Copy it exactly, remove extra spaces and check the offer dates. Confirm that the basket meets the conditions and that any customer-specific email matches the offer. Some discounts cannot combine with another code or automatic promotion.

If the checkout message is unclear, contact Cycolinks with the code, product and message shown. Keep payment details out of screenshots. A code is not automatically applied retrospectively after an order is paid.
